We ship from Colorado, USA, and currently deliver within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted (for example, during drop launches or high-volume periods).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates

We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Standard Shipping

  • Orders up to 4.41 lbs — $9.95
  • Orders over 4.41 lbs — $15.95

Express Shipping

  • Orders up to 4.41 lbs — $15.00
  • Orders over 41.41 lbs — $24.95

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays beyond our control.

Packaging

All pieces are carefully packaged to protect fragile glassware during transit. We take extra care to ensure your item arrives safely.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier-related issues

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
