No — all pieces are pre-loved and one-of-one.
They may show subtle signs of age or prior use, which we consider part of their character.
Will you restock items?
No. Each piece is unique and available only once.
If it’s gone, it’s gone.
When do you release new pieces?
We release small drops on a regular basis.

What condition are the items in?
Each piece is carefully selected and inspected.
Minor imperfections such as light scratches, bubbles, or signs of wear may be present.
Any notable flaws will always be mentioned in the product description.
Why don’t I see every imperfection in the photos?
Our images are edited for lighting and clarity to keep the experience consistent.
While they reflect the piece accurately, they may not capture every minor detail.
We always disclose anything significant in the description.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll review and offer a resolution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
